📋 Return Eligibility & Conditions

·       Timeframe: Items must be shipped back or dropped off within 7 days of the order delivery date.

Shipping returns must be scanned by the carrier and have a tracking number within this 7-day window.

·       Item Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

·       Final Sale: All items purchased at a 30% discount or more, as well as all items in the Freebie Collection, are final sale and cannot be returned.

·       Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

🎁 Freebies

·       Free Gifts: If your order included a freebie,it must be returned with your items. If the freebie is not returned, its retail value will be deducted from your refund.

inside the package for all return methods.

Option 1: Ship with Your Own Label

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Please keep your tracking number until your refund is issued.

Option 2: Request a Prepaid Shipping Label ($7 Fee)

1.    Email info@missmini.com with your order number and the list of items you wish to return.

2.    We will email you a return label, and a $7 fee will be deducted from your final refund.

Note: Requesting a label does not extend your return window. The package must still be scanned by the carrier within 7 days of original delivery.

Option 3: Local Drop-Off

You can drop off your return at either of our two local drop-box locations within 7 days of delivery. Please place your package securely in the drop-off box and email us as soon as it's done.

·       Location 1: 143 Rt 59, Building 2C, Hillburn, NY 10931

·       Location 2: 37 Midway Rd, Spring Valley, NY 10977 (Located at the end of the driveway by the basement steps)

💰 Processing & Refunds

·       Once received, returns are processed within 1–3 business days.

·       You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your return is processed and your refund is issued.

·       Free Shipping Minimums: If your return causes your original order total to drop below the free shipping threshold, the standard shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
