Miss Mini Inc. SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Consent & Program Description.

By opting in to the Miss Mini Inc SMS marketing program, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and promotional messages (including SMS and MMS) at the mobile phone number you provided.

Messages may be sent using an automated dialing system. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase.

2. Message Frequency: Message frequency will vary. You may receive up to 30 messages per month. Miss Mini Inc. reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time to increase or decrease the total number of sent messages.

3. Fees and Charges: Miss Mini Inc. does not charge you to send or receive messages in this program. However, message and data rates may apply depending on your individual mobile carrier plan. Please check with your mobile service provider for details.

4. How to Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. After you send the message "STOP", we will send you a reply message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

6. Carrier Liability & Delivery: Carriers (including major providers like AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network provider and local conditions.

7. Privacy & Intellectual Property: Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. All content provided via SMS is protected by intellectual property laws and may not be reproduced without permission.
